The roof repair has been completed by McCreary Roofing and the siding is waiting on material selection.

Erie Restorations has finished the work of removing the damaged parts of the biulding (except the carpet),  Lakefront Flooring will be removing the old (new) carpet and putting a new one down that matches the existing carpet when the replacement arrives in a few weeks.

Miller properties is the contractor making internal repairs to all of the damaged structural components.  They have started the work on the interior and at this point the drywall is up and being finished.  

Agnelo Heating will be completing the evaluation and repair/cleaning of the HVAC system following the completion of the work by Miller Properties.
